I have noticed that, while on the water, people really open up. Perhaps, when surrounded by water and mountains, we are more vulnerable or more courageous. Or, while paddling, perhaps we let our guard down a bit more. Regardless, I am currently training to become a Life Coach and Coach for Teachers. Thus, I am now excited to offer an Active Coaching option, one in which I will partner with you in a coaching conversation while on the water.
Paddling + Coaching = Active Life Coaching
Coaching conversations are intentional, non-judgmental, and focused on the coachee. Through curious questioning, active listening, and reflective feedback, I will partner with you to help YOU solve problems, grow, and optimize yourself.
A 1:1 active coaching session includes a pre-paddle questionaire, a full paddleboard lesson, all necessary equipment, and a growthful coaching conversation. Rates start at $120 for a 2-hour session.
